Talent Scout365 is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for our client in the Toledo area.
An ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineering graduate with 2D and 3D CAD experience. The Mechanical Engineer will be introduced to HVAC design for manufacturing buildings. The engineer will gain exposure to piping and instrumentation schematics as well as 2D / 3D CAD modeling.
Responsibilities
The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.
Applies academic knowledge and training attained in the use of various building materials and building systems.
Performs a variety of routine engineering tasks requiring basic application of engineering fundamentals with increasing responsibility based on performance.
Drafts interpretation of own design into completed working drawings.
May be assisted by a designer, but usually assumes no responsibility for direction of others.
Generally works under the direction of a supervisor.
Performs design work on CADD.
Develops basic knowledge of the discipline's codes.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, which qualifies for licensure in the state of practice, is required.
