We’re searching for a highly qualified candidate with 3-5 years of experience in marketing to help us maintain our position as a leading and respected voice in the industry. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans. The marketing specialist will also prepare and regularly present updates to relevant management channels, ensuring our goals are achieved.


We are looking for someone with a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion who is an enthusiastic and experienced marketing and research manager. You will be required to develop tracking mechanisms/timelines, help formulate strategies for campaigns and programs, study customer behavior, and analyze data to integrate it into strategic deliverables for clients. You will also be required to prepare reports for meetings and clients.


Responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with the marketing team and executives to implement strategies and track the progress of campaigns.

- Create meeting reports, track work progress, and manage project logistics

- Analyze research and marketing data

- Present ideas to executives and clients

- Develop presentations using excel, PPT, word, Canva, and others

- Help develop educational platforms for webinars and presentations

- Conduct primary and secondary research

- Ability to take research data and develop compelling story

- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports

- Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in the industry

- Identify and study competitors and their performance in the marketplace

Requirements

· Ability to work independently

· Strong work ethic, good problem solver

· Great attention to detail

· Bachelor’s degree required in strategy, marketing, communications or similar field 5+ years experience

Prior experience as a marketing coordinator or relevant role.

- Excellent communication, written and oral presentation skills.

- Strong knowledge of MS Office

- Excellent knowledge of traditional and digital marketing

- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience working in multicultural and inclusive marketing preferred

- Knowledge of Spanish or Asian language a plus

 

 

Salary Range: $60K - $75K per year base salary depending on educational attainment and work experience
