Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of marketing and coordination tasks for new location openings, including managing the photo shoot schedules, creating doctor biographies, and launching marketing activities for new hires and locations.
Develop and manage detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource requirements, specifically tailored to the expansion and onboarding of new healthcare providers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-aligned execution of marketing projects, with special attention to new location launches.
Utilize advanced project management and task management software to monitor progress, manage deadlines, and handle resources effectively.
Train and support team members in the effective use of project management tools and best practices in digital marketing.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand standards and regulatory requirements, focusing on quality and consistency across new and existing locations.
Key Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in project coordination or related roles, with a strong track record of managing multiple large-scale marketing projects.
Direct experience in managing tasks related to the opening of new locations, including provider onboarding, bio creation, and marketing launches.
Proficiency in using project management and task management software, with a keen understanding of how technology can streamline workflows and enhance marketing effectiveness.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices, with the ability to implement these in varying contexts.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to manage diverse teams and interact with new providers effectively.
