Reports to: Corporate Events Manager
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the execution of store grand openings, Soiree, and other company events that may arise as needed.
- Support Marketing team in the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives
- Record and distribute meeting notes and ensure follow-up tasks are completed.
- Support activities for community outreach programs and events as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Curiosity, fast-learner, and resourceful
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to travel for Store Grand Openings within the tri-state area
- Basic knowledge of industry trends
