FIGS is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our International team. As a key member of our team, you will be supporting the execution of our marketing strategies, including involvement in our analysis, growth, and decision-making across 20+ international countries, a rapidly growing area of the FIGS business.Your role will focus on marketing, while gaining exposure across all aspects of the business including: strategy, site and product performance, market research, and customer behavior. You will be part of a very fast-paced and exciting organization that is recognized for its innovative product, fresh branding, and unique value proposition. This person will report to the Director of International Marketing and collaborate closely with cross functional partners and domestic counterparts.
The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the International Marketing Director and General Manager as well as collaborating with internal teams within the brand creative, data, finance, e-commerce and engineering teams, in addition to external agency and vendor partners to identify, analyze, and act on actionable insights to help drive the growth of the international business. This role will benefit from someone who wants exposure to international business practices and high-growth expansion, is organized with attention to detail, and has the ability to think strategically across business functions.
What you’ll be doing:
Partner with Director of International Marketing to execute marketing strategies and identify creative and localization opportunities within paid media campaigns, including social, search, and programmatic media, across 20+ countries
Become specialist in campaign analysis, reporting, optimization and budgeting based on data
Support localization and trafficking of ads and email campaigns across 6+ regions
Partner on new customer acquisition initiatives for various markets, learning to balance ROAS and CAC metrics in line with business objectives and profitability profiles by market
Assist in developing creative briefs with recommended strategies
Analyze data to identify creative trends and roll out wins across campaigns, vendors, and channels; identify differences and nuances by country
Research local opportunities for thoughtful and brand-right marketing presence in major markets
Conduct robust competitive research (product, social channels, website experience) and develop actionable market insights
Analyze site performance using data to inform insights on optimal paths to conversion
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field
Interest in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, business development
Knowledge of marketing and paid media channels (social, search), including set-up, optimization, and analysis
Knowledge of e-commerce metrics as related to marketing impact
Must have - proficiency in Excel and ability to draw conclusions from data
Experience in site analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap, Looker) a plus
Proven outstanding written, verbal, and presentation creation skills
Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus!
FIGS Compensation And Benefits
Pay Range
At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's hourly rate is between $18.00 and $26.00. Actual hourly rate is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
