OPEN MINDS Marketing Consultants are responsible for the design, development, and successful execution of internal and client marketing plans, e-commerce, and lead generation strategies for meeting revenue goals.

Requirements

Responsibilities of the Marketing Director include:

• Development of monthly marketing plans
• Development and management of on-going/annual online marketing and lead generation strategies (SEO practices, reputation/brand management, Adwords, etc.)
• Assess and create web site design and user experience
• Development of outbound web-based promotional materials
• Produce analytics and ROI reports for marketing activities
• Other duties as assigned.

V. Skills, experience, and education required of a Marketing Consultant include:

• Two or more years of demonstrated experience in online marketing and online sales (preferably in B2B)
• Demonstrated experience developing and coordinating successful outbound email campaigns
• Demonstrated experience developing optimized promotional landing pages (Wordpress or HTML/CSS knowledge)
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute external online promotional campaigns and social media campaigns, such as LinkedIn InMail campaigns
• Superior knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Adsense, and pay-per-click marketing strategies
• Effective knowledge of a wide variety of web-based and computer-based design applications including the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of people across the business development, publishing, and executive teams
• Ability to work independently and with little supervision to manage numerous tasks with competing deadlines
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, or a related field
• Vehicle and valid driver’s license with ability to drive a car and travel unattended
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time, as well as bending and lifting from a sitting or standing position
  
  

Salary Description

$50,000-$60,000
