Role Overview: As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the plant's operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and productivity in a complex manufacturing environment. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and work closely with other departments to achieve the company's goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

Coordination and direct oversight of all manufacturing operations within a single-site facility
Production scheduling, materials management, customer order entry, lead-time management
Equipment maintenance and effectiveness
Staff and team training and development
Continuous improvement of processes related to manufacturing and materials management
