Job Description
The Manufacturing Operator will learn to produce unique pheromone-based pest control products working across a variety of manufacturing equipment and generally operating in small teams. Previous experience in production in a manufacturing setting would be helpful. We are an entrepreneurial driven, fast paced organization with decade long, double-digit growth that hires highly motivated and trained professionals for our teams.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated manufacturing or operations professional that wants to build products fundamentally changing the nature of the global food supply. We're looking for those who can effectively train and carry out safe and efficient manufacturing processes across multiple product lines.
The starting pay for this position is $20.50/hr and offers pay increases for completing training/gaining proficiencies in various production lines.

Qualifications
Work schedule: M-Th 5:30a-3:30p (10 hour days, OT available most Fridays)
Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time as well as bend, twist and lift
Ability to lift 15 lbs

This is a seasonal opportunity expected to last through the end of September but longer term opportunities may come available.
