We’re looking for a highly driven full-time real estate managing broker to lead our top-performing team of driven professionals to new levels. You’ll help train, recruit, and onboard new agents to grow our real estate brokerage and team! The ideal candidate is a current real estate broker who is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of personal production, a community leader, and has the heart to help others succeed. If you’re interested in a leadership position with high growth potential, apply today! There will be a base salary, of course, plus generous splits on your own personal production. If you are a fit, we can also provide you with more leads than you know what to do with! You would be needed 30-40 hours a week or so, and this is base plus commission.
