We are looking for an intelligent, ambitious, creative thinker and rising Project Manager, to join our growing team.

ROLE OVERVIEW

An exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the development of Croud’s Project Management function in the US. The ideal candidate will be interested in digital marketing, have agency experience, be tenacious with a keen eye for detail and enthusiastic about leading continuous improvement initiatives.

The purpose of this role is to bring increased rigor and standardization of processes to the agency business, improving both client delivery and internal operations. To implement best practices for deliverables planning, timelines and stakeholder management.

While the role will work with all departments, initially the focus is on our analytics clients, to adopt our existing PM practices to the technical work of the analytics teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

End to end process development & management

• Establish timelines alongside teams for ongoing and ad hoc deliverables
• Introduce consistency and best practice in terms of ways of working across teams regarding processes and workflow management
• Holding internal stakeholders accountable
• Management and implementation of project management tool
• Liaise between internal teams and clients on expectations

Scope/resource coordination & management

• Checking delivered hours and services vs. scope
• Identify and report risks to management channels and escalate as necessary
• Work with teams on invoicing and finance processes as needed

Client communication

• Establish recurring communication cadence with clients
• Main point person for clients to discuss priorities, timing and status of ongoing projects
• Join client meetings for each channel, share notes and action items coming out of each call with clients

Onboarding

• Sets up an onboarding planner to integrate new clients into the agency. Ensures the plan is updated on a regular basis.
• Administrative responsibilities to get client onboarded successfully within agreed upon time frame
• Set up resources for each client team as outlined by Croud’s standard requirements
• Development of Ways of Working guidelines to share with internal and client teams

Day to day

• Encouraging seamless working relationships between internal stakeholders, expectation management through constant communication is essential
• Upkeep of internal and client hotsheets and PM tool
• Track and monitor progress for ongoing deliverables, chasing relevant stakeholders when overdue
• Identify bottlenecks for upcoming tasks, working together with the larger team to determine possible solutions
• Ensure relevant stakeholders adhere to agreed upon SLAs
• Within the role, regularly demonstrate the company values of passion, imagination and integrity
• Supports Senior Project Manager with execution when required

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• 2+ years previous experience in project management at an agency
• Degree level education or relevant PM equivalent qualification / experience
• Use of project management tools for task and time resource management
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
• Highly skilled at managing multiple competing priorities and deadlines
• Comfortable speaking with clients
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ambition to lead department teams and steer conversations
• Highly organized and thorough
• Strong attention to detail
• An understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, to help manage multi-discipline projects spanning the services we provide

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours). We operate in a hybrid capacity of 3 days in office per week.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. (DOE)
