Job Description:
Skills:
  • Installation, upgrade and maintenance of IMS DB/DC and related products.
  • Sound knowledge in SMPE.
  • Familiarity with problem determination, security and performance tuning.
  • Usage of IMS performance reports/metrics to analyse improvements.
  • Good experience with software maintenance.
Essential Knowledge:
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting.
  • Vendor coordination & ticket coordination.
  • Business knowledge, Application team coordination.
Desirable:
  • Experience in supporting PROD environments.
