Luxury Beauty Sales Consultant

About The Role -

  • As a freelance support specialist for Christophe Robin, you will assist our key retail partners by developing and delivering sell-through oriented training programs. You will act as the main point of contact for our luxury retail partners' teams, ensuring exceptional brand representation and support. This role requires a commitment of 20-25 hours per week.

Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Christophe Robin, effectively conveying the brand’s ethos.
  • Create a luxury shopping experience with brand-specific selling techniques, including product demonstrations.
  • Achieve sales objectives by engaging with clients and driving sell-through activities.
  • Exhibit a passion for beauty and haircare.
  • Meet weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to grow the business.
  • Prepare and submit weekly training and sell-through reports.

Key Performance Initiatives -

  • Achieve weekly sales goals by location.
  • Enhance productivity.
  • Increase customer conversion rates.

Minimum Qualifications -

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Previous experience in luxury sales, preferably as a beauty advisor.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to customer service.
