Job Description SNI Companies is seeking energetic and competitive individuals for a Logistics Capacity Coordinator Role.
This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity and will be onsite role with an asset-based logistics company in Northeast Florida. New hires will work and be trained within existing sales/operations teams. Base salary is offered, candidates are commissionable after 6 months.
Starting Hourly Rate between $20hr.-$21/hr. to start (negotiable and based on experience).
Work Schedule
Monday- Friday during normal business hours
Duties/Responsibilities
Track and trace shipments from pickup to delivery by staying in constant communication with carriers and drivers.
Update transportation management software – real-time throughout lifecycle of shipment.
Schedule / Re-schedule appointments as needed.
Assist customers with status updates via phone or email along with updating customer web portals
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics industry
Carrier Support /Sales experience needed.
Must be computer literate and able to work as a team player, multitask, problem solve and handle high volume inbound and outbound calls & emails in a stressful environment.
Ability to quickly learn new software.
