Loan Portfolio Manager

A growing real estate investment company in Somerset seeks a Loan Portfolio Manager with a very strong background in restructuring loans . Experience working in banking, real estate, private equity, or investment companies is preferred.

• Key Responsibilities:
• • Excel Wizardry: Showcase your proficiency in Excel by efficiently managing, analyzing, and interpreting vast sets of financial and investment data.
• • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure accurate and timely delivery of analytical insights.
• • Data Visualization: Transform raw data into compelling visualizations, making complex information accessible to various stakeholders.
• • Investment Analysis: Take the lead in analyzing investment portfolios, assessing risks, and generating insightful reports for senior management.
• The analysis of investment materials such as investment memorandums, presentations, and proposals. Analyze and interpret investments including historical operating statements, budgets, CAM reconciliations, leases, loan agreements, etc.

Qualifications:

• Any experience in analyzing private equity deals is highly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Business, Data Analytics).

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong emphasis on Excel.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
