The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and innovating processes for learning & development, training, and other HR programs, with a strong focus on strategic alignment and future needs. An ideal candidate would have an analytical approach to L&D, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that propel the organization's strategic direction.
What You'll Do:
Drive the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive L&D program, aligned with business goals and objectives.
Tailor programs for specific learning needs of employees at varied levels and in varied positions.
Demonstrate the measurable impact of L&D programs on employee performance, retention, and talent development.
Lead and develop innovative L&D practices, identifying and implementing cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies, in line with Company values.
Collaborate strategically with the Talent team to design and implement attraction, engagement, and development initiatives.
Drive successful implementation of L&D programs and initiatives through effective change management strategies.
Develop and deliver impactful training programs across various formats, including in-person workshops, online courses, sales trainings and coaching.
Conduct follow-up surveys to evaluate and measure the results of training programs, modifying them as needed to ensure effectiveness.
Other duties as necessary and assigned.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, and/or other related field required. Master's degree preferred.
5+ years in a role focused on Learning & Development, Training, or related field is required
HR or L&D certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CPLP preferred
Excellent communicator with experience supporting several stakeholders and presenting to executives
Strong ability to create and present information in a concise, meaningful way that resonates with leadership and employees at all levels
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
This is a full-time hybrid role with full company benefits and will be in the office twice per week in Los Angeles and once per week at our warehouse office, 2 days remote per week.
