• Candidate must have strong background exp in Visual design is must.
• Looking for solid design leader in b2b space
• Not B2C.
• B2B is a MUST
• Need to have good background like ex google or amazon as per client req.
• Get to do research and work with users here at apple, more traditional user experience design with complicated business cases
• Lots of tables, lots of forms, diff users, different views, states
• A lot of people shy away as it’s very complex but there are intrepid people who do excel here
• Will be leading senior level contractors below them
• General assembly not going to cut it not going to be enough it needs design degree background
• Get in there with the product team listen to the business, listen to niche needs, translate it to boxes arrows and problem solving, old school UX figuring it out like a puzzle
• Deal with design system, contend with leadership elements such as working with other leaders for OKRs which are basic ally quarterly goals and measure on how well the team is doing. it would be great if someone has done these things in past but not required

Pay Range: $80/hr - $85/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
