Bluehawk LLC, is dedicated to enabling the United States intelligence community to achieve their strategic objectives through our innovative and effective services. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Level Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is pivotal in driving our company's growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have an understanding in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing offers, and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and Program Managers/Site Leads. Please note, this position requires in-office work at our Reston and/or Herndon, VA locations and is not currently eligible for telework.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to identify staffing needs for government contracting projects.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Assist in the negotiation of offers and facilitate the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing job postings, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the defense and intelligence sector.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a strong preference for candidates experienced in iCIMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
- Possessing a current security clearance (not a requirement), highlighting the importance of confidentiality and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information.
