Junior Copywriter

EXPECTATIONS:


  • Partner with an Art Director to concept, write, develop, and help produce work for multiple brands under our client portfolio.
  • Write scripts, social posts and captions, creator briefs, and concept pitches.
  • Conduct research to understand our target audience, industry trends, and competitors to create relevant and impactful content.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in copywriting and content marketing.
  • Embody the guardian of the brand's tone and voice across social.


WHAT YOU WILL NEED:


  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1-2 years of experience copywriting.
  • Fully fluent in social media and understand how to create content that performs well on social, as well as the ability to stay up to date with social platforms.
  • Creative self-starter; ability to handle multiple projects and navigate a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills, with experience presenting.
  • Understanding of social/digital best practices.
