Our Client provides a youthful, dynamic, collaborative work environment which encourages creative, sustainable, and thoughtful architecture, engaging each team member as a valuable contributor in the design and construction process. They are seeking an experienced leader in design, detailing, and team management who is highly motivated and interested in taking on significant responsibilities for both professional and financial gain. The staff includes experienced and talented project architects and interior designers, and they are seeking to expand their team with an Interior Designer who has significant experience in carrying design from inception to final documentation.

This position has unlimited potential a highly motivated and talented candidate. Their culture requires an energetic and thoughtful team player who can collaborate with other architects to lead a large-scale project through the design and documentation process. The successful candidate will be charged with managing staff and communicating with consultants, ultimately integrating into client communications as well.

Junior Architect Required Experience:

• Develop design concepts and ideas
• 3 years of experience with Revit
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Technical drafting and detailing
• 3D modeling applications a plus
• Hand Drawing
• Communication and coordination with team members and consultants

Junior Architect Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant office experience
• Degree in Architecture
• Candidates should have a degree in architecture or architecture related applications with relevant project experience.
• Candidates should also have experience with the design process from schematic design through contract documents, and have excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills.
• Successful candidates will likely have LEED AP and architectural licensure underway or completed.
• Candidates must be able to work closely with team members and consultants, develop conceptual design ideas, conduct site surveys, prepare design development and construction document packages, coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and perform construction phase services.
• Experience with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination a plus.
