Assist in the creation of digital assets, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and digital advertisements
Support the development of visual concepts and designs for homepages, landing pages, and email concepts based on brand guidelines
Assist in the creation of digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms (social, display, advertising, eCommerce, websites, mobile apps, etc. based on brand guidelines
Test assets and optimize based on their performance
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Create visualizations (either by hand or via a software program) which convey accurate messaging and undertones as dictated by the project
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Manage daily project status within the areas of the marketing department within the project management system
Stay up to date on new FASTer Way initiatives and brand vision
Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
Assist in the maintenance and organization of digital asset libraries for easy access and retrieval
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in graphic design
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, Canva, and other graphic design software
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Excellent eye for details
