Job Description
Support the coordination of planning and oversight activities pertaining to the EHR enclave. Track risks and issues. Maintain awareness of directorate activities and develop briefings for high-level stakeholders. Coordinate across DOD and VA on federal EHR technical activities. Provide programmatic support for Federal EHR release and domain management for the DOD, VA, and USCG. Organize and administer a technical team from a project management perspective, establishing and verifying deadlines and ensuring quality of outputs. Assist clients with reporting requirements including but not limited to office budget, travel, monthly meetings, and quarterly all-hands briefings. Prepare data using Microsoft Excel and create dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI to display project status. Develop and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) guides to codify activities.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of professional work experience
Must have experience managing Information Technology related projects
Must be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies Must have experience in tracking schedule and performance progress
Must be able to identify and mitigate risks
Must have strong writing and briefing development skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline, 8 years of additional experience may be substituted for education
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft PowerBI to develop dashboards
Experience in the VA
Experience in the DOD
Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
Experience with the release management cycle
