• Stakeholder Communication and Engagement:
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, team members, and external partners.

• Resource and Budget Management:
• Manage project resources, including budget allocation, staffing, and procurement, to optimize resource utilization and project efficiency.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an IT Project Leader, Project Manager, or similar role managing complex IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
