Senior Recruitment Consultant - Investment Banking and Private Equity at Selby Jennings
This client is a Middle Market Investment Bank who is looking to bring on a Sr. Analyst/Associate I to join their Healthcare team in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for the healthcare industry. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence.
Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials for client meetings.
Assist in the execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and debt financings.
Perform industry and company research to support business development and client advisory activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, potential clients, and industry professionals.
Collaborate with senior team members to identify new business opportunities and support ongoing client engagements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
