Job Overview: To assist in executing international marketing communications programs and projects by performing a variety of clerical and support duties within the marketing area, including marketing research, conference and event preparation, social media support, and helping support the day-to-day turnaround of creative work and ensuring it is produced on time.

EXPERIENCE: Prior internships or marketing experience would be an advantage
COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES: Dedicated interest in international marketing, detail-oriented, good at building team relationships, organized, good at multi-tasking, quick to learn and work independently, good oral and written communication, ability to follow directions, skilled at Microsoft 365.
Pay - $14 - $18

- Learn about FACTS’ business, product/service offering, markets, and competition.
- Attend team and/or stakeholder meetings, as directed by the supervisor.
- Prepare internal/external marketing reports and meeting notes, as directed by the supervisor.
- Assist in developing creative and project briefs, as directed by the supervisor.
- Minor project management and team backup as directed by supervisor. For example, support monitoring of the progress of jobs by working with Traffic to track, monitor, and guide all jobs for their assigned business.
- Proof/review all work from the creative team prior to stakeholder approval for grammatical, technical, and visual accuracy and overall brand consistency.
- Assists the marketing team in compiling information, secondary research, and/or other data for various projects and campaigns.
- Other duties or special projects, as directed by the supervisor.
