POSITION SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to support the investor relations and treasury functions via data gathering and analysis and preparation of presentations and reports.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data gathering and analysis to support the investor relations and treasury function
Help prepare presentations and reports on stock performance, institutional ownership, market perception, peer tracking, and financial research
Provide information and analysis for the production and delivery of power point and other relevant materials for internal and investor presentations
Support Treasury operations and assist in management of cash
Support business development on growth opportunities
Assist in special projects as required
Participate in ad hoc project management, financial modelling and analysis exercises

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage priorities

Ability to manage company and financial information in a confidential and professional manner
Attentive to detail
Strong in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/WORK EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent
Final year student or recent graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; advanced degree or professional designation (or pursuit thereof) a plus
Prior experience working in an office environment a plus
