Description
Our client is in search of an Interior Architect. The essence of this role involves taking charge and assuming responsibility for all interior drawings related to smaller projects that don't involve an external architect, such as minor renovations encompassing bath and kitchen remodels, as well as millwork. The role also requires a keen understanding of the documentation required for submission to building boards. Additionally, the Interior Architect will collaborate with external architect project partners for new construction and larger renovation projects. Responsibilities include conducting surveys, site visits, construction check-ins, and actively participating in problem-solving. The ability to coordinate specifications with the designer and possess experience in millwork detailing is essential.
