Job Description

  • Create immersive educational experiences tailored to the needs of our audience
  • Assess student progress and adapt content to align with their needs
  • Apply core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learning
  • Provide interactive activities and educational resources to enhance engagement
  • Maintain projects and organize course documents
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts for lesson planning and content accuracy
  • Revisit and assess learning objectives to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  • Research and implement new technologies into instruction
  • Evaluate and maintain existing instructional content, making continuous improvements
  • Develop a cohesive, relevant curriculum by partnering with organization leaders

Qualifications

  • A degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
  • Proven experience in teaching or training both in-person and virtually
  • In-depth understanding of instructional design models and learning theories
  • Clear and effective curriculum-planning skills
  • Ability to use instructional materials and resources effectively
  • Proficiency in course development software
  • Strong project management and critical thinking skills
  • Video and audio editing skills
  • Highly competent in all Articulate 360 products
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
