What's the opportunity?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales deals. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding SaaS company.


What will I be doing?


  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Aptly's CRM and workflow automation software
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Aptly's product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using our CRM software
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to close sales deals and achieve sales quotas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
  • Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.

  • What skills do I need?

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
    • Proven track record of success in inside sales or B2B sales roles, preferably in the SaaS industry
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
    • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
    • Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in the property management industry
