Summary

The role of this position is to provide automation and scripting for the product. T

his role will provide IT support for common issues related to conference room audio/AV equipment.

Skills Needed
  • Experience with working in a Helpdesk/Support role will be helpful
  • Experience with Power Shell, GitHub, MS Graph, API’s
  • Needs to have a basic knowledge of AV equipment (MTR devices, Crestron, Cisco VC)
  • Should have a basic knowledge of audio/visual hardware configuration and troubleshooting
  • Strong communicator – especially with executive level customers
  • Needs to have good problem-solving skills

  • Hours for this position are 8-5, Mon-Fri (The start time will be flexible)
