Information Technology Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT Infrastructure
• Ensure optimal performance and security of IT systems
• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support
• Optimize business processes through effective management of ERP systems
• Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications
• Maintain the integrity and availability of databases
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and implement relevant updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals

Requirements:

• Associates Degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• Proven track record with 5+ years in IT Management
• Extensive experience in Infrastructure Management, SQL, and ERP systems
• Proven experience with Active Directory O365, VMWare or Hyper-V, and networking
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
