Information Technology Manager

Role Overview

• Lead multiple IT teams to ensure effective implementation, management, and optimization of applications, systems, infrastructure, and development efforts for MedSys Group.
• Direct team activities, allocate resources for projects, and swiftly address escalated support issues.
• Foster staff development through evaluation and training.
• Collaborate with other IT leaders to meet organizational needs and shape strategic initiatives with executive leadership.
• Integrate technology strategies with business objectives across various departments.
• Represent senior IT leadership when necessary.
• Manage the design, deployment, and upkeep of the organization's IT infrastructure and data centers.
• Focus on ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
• Drive team leadership, innovation, and modernization efforts.
• Oversee management of computer systems, storage solutions, data centers, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure services.

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience (8 years).

Professional Experience

• Required: 2-5 years of experience in IT management or supervisory roles.

Skill Set

• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, capable of managing and motivating a team.
• Proficiency in IT project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT applications, systems, infrastructure, and operations.
• Expertise in process analysis, optimization, and documentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Contract Details

• This can be either a contract-to-hire or direct hire role for MedSys Group.
