Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Informatics Pharmacist, focused on Quality Assurance and Data Analytics, to join our growing team based in Washington, D.C.
As an Informatics Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring the engineering and implementation of our clinical software solutions meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical pharmacy practice, leadership experience in strategy and implementation of clinical SaaS products, at least three years of experience in healthcare data analytics, and a strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics:
- Evaluate client data for trends and insights
- Provide, on a regular basis, data analytics reports for CaryHealth SaaS products
- As needed, serve as a client point of contact for questions related to quality or data analytics
- In collaboration with the technical QA team, evaluate Cary Health products for clinical accuracy and build repeatable, automated processes for continuous improvement
- Work with the Director of Clinical Services and the CTO to advance CaryHealth SaaS products through SQL code development
- Provide recommendations/solutions for clinical quality improvement, if necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: PharmD from an accredited school/college of Pharmacy
- Demonstrable abilities in:
- Advanced SQL
- Project management
- Data analytics
- Clinical quality assurance
- 3-5+ years of Data Analytics and SQL experience
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed
- Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States to be eligible to apply for this position
- Computer science or related field BSc
- 2+ years Python experience in data engineering and/or analytics
- Managed Care PGY-1 residency desirable, but not required

- Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 USD
