Position Available: Industrial Maintenance Technician II
We are actively seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for our dynamic location. This role involves a typical workload of 50+ hours per week with overtime, requiring flexibility for early mornings, early evenings, and Saturdays. The pay range is $30-$38 per hour based on experience.
What You'll Do
Ensure the smooth operation of laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, ironers, conveyors, boilers, and air compressors.
Conduct preventive maintenance on all plant equipment.
Adhere to equipment standards as per manufacturer and company guidelines.
Participate in expansion, renovation, and cost-saving projects.
Exhibit advanced troubleshooting skills and mentor junior technicians.
Work with electrical, pneumatic, steam, and hydraulic schematics.
Demonstrate proficiency in electronic and electrical systems.
Handle PLCs, motors, and electrical circuits.
Understand and maintain pneumatics, compressed air systems, and hydraulic systems.
Operate industrial-sized boilers and steam systems.
Repair various pump styles (water and air).
Operate forklifts and scissor lifts.
Perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Occasionally travel and work at heights.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Associate’s degree from a technical college or 2+ years of industrial technician experience.
Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
Proven experience with PLCs, motors, and hydraulic systems.
Comfortable with occasional travel and working in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation for punctual attendance, regardless of weather.
