Immigration Case Assistant (Writing and Research)

We are looking for highly motivated and exceptionally qualified professionals to join our fast-paced legal operations as Business Immigration Paralegal.

Responsibilities

Assist lawyers with writing and research for complex immigration filings. Duties include drafting supporting letters for national interest waiver, alien of extraordinary ability and outstanding researcher petitions for industry leaders and technologists in fields such as AI/ML, biotech, fintech, crypto currency, internet security, electronics, and more. Draft forms and assist with gathering and compiling academic, business and media documentation and exhibits for the petition filing. 

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in journalism, political science, philosophy, law or related field emphasizing research, critical thinking and writing. Exceptional academic qualifications required. Interest in new technologies and entrepreneurship a plus. A paid, 3-hour writing test will be required for those who pass the initial interviews.
