Your Role:

As a Human Resources Associate Manager, you'll provide leadership and HR generalist support across the PacNW market. Here's what you'll do:

  • Lead Key Initiatives: Drive initiatives that align with PBNA strategy.
  • Policy Guidance: Advise leaders and employees on company policies, HR programs, and ensure consistent and timely handling of procedures.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure activities comply with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Assist leadership in performance management and develop effective pipeline and succession plans.
  • Strategic Insight: Understand business operations from both strategic and tactical perspectives.
  • Staffing Strategies: Design and execute staffing strategies for exempt/non-exempt hiring needs, including campus recruiting.
  • Organizational Health: Develop and execute strategies to improve organizational health and culture.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Lead and participate in market and region-level diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Communication: Be a confident communicator and effectively present to all organizational levels.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $85,200 - $142,650, based on experience and location.
  • Bonus: Target payout of 10% of annual salary, based on performance.
  • Paid Time Off: Includes paid parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement.
  • Benefits Package: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, disability, health and dependent care reimbursement accounts, EAP, insurance, and retirement plan.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, psychology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Skills: Expertise in HR management aspects (staffing, employee relations, labor relations, performance management, leadership development, training), talent management, and succession planning.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to influence decision-making and deliver tough messages with professionalism.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong expertise in developing solutions based on data analytics.
  • Consultative Approach: Proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eligibility: Must have an indefinite right to work in the United States.
