HR Manager - Full Time / Direct Hire - Woodland Hills, CA

One of our longest standing clients is a financial services firm based out of Woodland Hills. We are helping them find and hire their next full-time Human Resources Manager. This is an on-site role at their HQ in Woodland Hills. If you are interested, please read on! Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead talent management & acquisition campaigns
Facilitate the hiring and termination of employees in accordance with company goals & policies
Operate as primary liaison between the company and third-party resources i.e., P.E.O. insurance companies, payroll software, etc.
Administer all human resource programs, including, but not limited to: Compensation, benefits, extended absences, disciplinary measures, disputes & investigations, occupational health & safety, and training & development
Develop systems and/or programs to enhance productivity, recognition, and morale
Provide support and availability to all staff in need of financial, professional, or personnel-related inquiries and concerns.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of relevant human resources experience
Operates daily in a manner that supports cooperative teamwork, financially sound principles, self-accountability, confidentiality, and respect for others.
Demonstrated superior oral and written communication ability and able to work with diverse populations.
Experience creating and implementing workplace policies, practices and procedures in alignment with employment law.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with payroll and benefit administration and processing.
Bonus Points for any HR related certifications (SHRM, PHR, etc..)
Compensation & Perks
Annual Base Salary ($85,000 - $125,000)
