What we require:
- 1 - 2 years of experience working in a HR Department as a HR Coordinator or HR Generalist
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Handle onboarding activities and work smoothly with department management to transition new hires into their departments
- Assist with off-boarding activities such as deactivating systems, acting as point person for any transition related items, and conducting turn-over trend analysis quarterly
- Maintain employee files and records
- Compile monthly and quarterly HR compliance reports and respond to third-party requests (e.g. employment verifications)
- Conduct data analysis and compile ad hoc reports
- Assist with semi-annual performance reviews; includes working with department management to update direct supervisors, send out timely communications, monitor completion of reviews to ensure timely follow through
- Assist with entering pay-rate changes for promotions and merit increases
- Help maintain company organizational chart
- Assist with benefits and open enrollment
- Manage time and attendance system, QuickBooks, including assigning client project codes to employees' accounts, compiling utilization reports, and providing troubleshooting assistance, when needed
- Assist the recruiting team with drafting and extending new hire offers
- Assist with employee engagement activities
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned
