Are you an HR professional looking for a flexible yet challenging part-time opportunity? Do you want to utilize your skills to help our small business clients design streamlined HR processes, boost employee retention, and create a baseline for growth? Infinity Road HR works with some of the most exciting small businesses in the U.S. Our approach allows companies to have an HR professional "on staff" without the cost of hiring a full-time employee. We are seeking an HR Consultant to support a part-time role with our client that has the potential to grow into full-time employment.

, Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, HR professionals must have the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• PHR certification or equivalent
• Adept at technology; strong understanding of HR systems; Paylocity experience highly desired
• Minimum 5years of progressive HR Generalist experiencewith an emphasis on recruitment, onboarding and talent management
• Must have experience in the Government Contracting industry and a strong knowledge of federal compliance requirements
• Experience with multi-state employment laws and supporting the HR function for a remote workforce
• Able to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-growth and/orstartup-type culture
• Experience managing employee relations issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• The ability to think strategically and develop small company solutions that are outside of the traditional "HR box"
