The HRBP position will be based in the Boston Logan Airport, and with occasional travel, will successfully lead the strategy and execution of all our HR efforts for half a dozen teams and roughly 250 employees at airports along the East Coast.

High-Level Overview of Our HRBP Job Responsibilities:
With a passion, amplifying our culture by supporting our people through ownership of our full-cycle Human Resources functions including team member relations, training and development, benefits, workers compensation, leave coordination, talent acquisition, adhering to company policies and practices, resolving payroll issues, onboarding and offboarding team members.

Requirements
Do You Have the Experience We Need?
Amazing People Skills: Successful experience with creating and maintaining partnership and professional relationships
Human Resources Generalist Experience: Three+ years required
HRBP Experience: Three + years required
Recruiting Experience: Two + years required
Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits): Understand basic compensation, benefits, and recognition
Employment Law Knowledge: Remaining current with National and State/Local Laws
Employee Relations Experience: Three + years with hands-on employee relations experience
PHR/SPHR / SHRM CP/SCP: A big plus - but not required
Travel Requirement: Up to 20 %

Salary range of: 80K to 95K depending on experience plus bonus
