The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’re not just fixing things – you’re the unsung hero behind the scenes, ensuring our guests experience comfort and safety without a hitch.
What You'll Do
Maintain the mechanical and electrical systems that keep the hotel running smoothly.
Respond promptly to guest requests and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure everything is in working order.
Collaborate with the engineering team to tackle larger projects and improvements.
Keep an eagle eye on safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all.
Assist in coordinating with external contractors when needed.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Your Skills And Style
At least 1 year of experience in engineering, maintenance, or a related field.
Previous experience and skill with painting and plumbing preferred.
Your technical expertise shines through – you're the go-to for fixing things.
Problem-solving is your superpower – you approach challenges with creativity and determination.
You're comfortable using tools and equipment to address various issues.
Strong communication skills ensure you relay complex concepts with ease.
