Hotel General Manager
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff effectively, and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent guest services
Handle guest complaints and queries with utmost professionalism
Monitor online reviews and respond appropriately to feedback
Implement and maintain effective guest engagement and loyalty programs
Manage budgets and financial plans to drive profitability
Train, supervise, and evaluate staff members to maintain a motivated team
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the hotel
Implement and manage SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all departments
Experience
Prior hospitality experience demonstrating progressive increases in responsibilities
Proven leadership experience
Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively with hotel technologies
Experience in front desk operations and night audit is preferred
