We are a faith based real estate investing mastermind. We help clients expand their portfolio and income through buying apartments using syndications and creative financing strategies. We help new real estate investors and experience investors scale quickly and wisely.


Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote role for an Enrollment Advisor (closer) at REI Accelerator. Our Enrollment Advisors primary responsibility is hosting consultations on Zoom with prospective clients looking to start or continue investing in real estate. You will get to know the prospective client and their situation, map out a plan for them to achieve their goals, and if they are a good fit, enroll them for our mastermind. You will receive inbound calls and also be responsible for generating additional calls through organic and outbound marketing. This position requires a high level of accountability and adaptability, excellent communication skills, proactivity and attention to detail. We are looking for someone with drive and hunger to succeed. This is not an easy job, but the reward is great for someone who will put in the work and stay coachable!


Compensation

This is a commission based role, at minimum KPI, earnings are at minimum over $14k/month with several additional bonus opportunities each month.


Qualifications

-Must be located in the United States

-2+ years sales experience

-Experience with outbound & organic lead generation

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-Demonstrated proactivity, strong attention to detail and can-do, coachable attitude
