Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter located in Dallas, TX. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and hiring healthcare staff, conducting interviews, maintaining communication with clients and candidates, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
Proven ability to identify and hire top talent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS software
Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources is a plus
