Position Purpose
As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you will leverage extensive datasets to drive impactful business decisions, directly influencing the quality of care for our members.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze integrated datasets from healthcare providers, members, and third parties to extract meaningful insights.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved clinical outcomes.
Conduct root-cause analysis of data irregularities and propose solutions to leadership and stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
Support process enhancements and automation efforts to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, public health, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in large database management or IT, with a preference for healthcare analytics.
Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages preferred.
Knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI.
Additional Benefits
Competitive pay ranging from $54,000.00 to $97,100.00 annually.
