• The Graphic Web designer will establish a campaign plan and create designs from conception through final production with minimal supervision and maintain brand integrity of the Marine Raiders Brand. The contractor shall conduct daily management of web, database marketing and social media platforms. Develop and implement an analytic strategy to track performance goals and surface insights by channel, campaign, content and creative content. Provide feedback and analysis to ensure all artwork produced is visually consistent, meets project requirements, and maintains brand standards.
• A Full Time Equivalent for this position equates to 1920 hours per year, however other than normal working hours, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required in support of Recruiting and Advertising (R&A) requirements. The contractor shall ensure any absences (including leave, medical emergencies, etc.) lasting more than 10 consecutive workdays are backfilled with a qualified candidate for the duration of the absence or until permanently filled.
Responsibilities
• Develop proposals for PPC initiatives and campaigns. Track, report and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. Monitor website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns. Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations. Develop and implement link building strategy.
• Manage and maintain Recruiting and Advertising’s website. Monitor, collect and analyze web traffic and other metrics to report trends. Conduct routine testing across all browsers, operating systems, and devices. Debug site and routinely inspect for missing pages/links. Ensure site security by monitoring for threats/issues. Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for technical support and content management. Create and update web pages.
Qualifications
Five+ years’ of graphic design and website development experience.
Two+ years’ of relevant experience and oversight in digital engagement
Three+ years’ experience and oversight in analytics
Proven results with planning, execution and optimization of SEO, social, and online marketing programs and initiatives.
Ability to cross platform between MAC and PC
Software Knowledge to include: Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Acrobat Pro
Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Web Knowledge HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
Proficiency with camera equipment ranging from professional to personal mobile devices
