Graphic Designer

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $38 - 43 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer with Design system experience to join our client's team!

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and designing systems, dashboards, and templates for the Marketing Operations Department (MOD). You will ensure that all files produced for both print and digital assignments meet our client's rigorous production standards and align with established design principles and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design systems, dashboards, and templates for MOD.
• Produce technically sound, content-correct files for both print and digital assignments that meet all production standards.
• Execute revisions, edits, modifications, resizing, and other adjustments to previously completed work.
• Consistently apply established design principles and brand standards to all assignments.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining strict standards of accuracy, completeness, and product quality.
• Utilize job management system to manage workload and production time for each project.
• Manage and prioritize workload based on job deadlines.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Education: Bachelors
• 2+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite production applications, including but not limited to InDesign.
• Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities in a tight deadline-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of interrelated aspects of marketing, advertising, design, and production.
• Deep understanding of print and digital production processes.
• Deep understanding of corporate brand standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-direction and initiative.
