Job Title: Graphic Designer (Brand Marketing)

Job Type: Full-Time Remote

ARMRA Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST

The Role: We are seeking a talented Brand Designer to join our creative team. As a Brand Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of ARMRA. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to create compelling designs that enhance our brand’s visual storytelling across digital, print and physical media, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audience.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Create visually stunning designs for print materials, packaging, in-store endcaps, PDQs, out-of-home (OOH) advertisements, and other promotional materials.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to understand target audience insights and design strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for print production, maintaining high-quality standards and brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and print media.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

 

Skills & Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print design and brand-focused projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts and ideas.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating business objectives into impactful design solutions.
