General Paving Superintendent: We are seeking an experienced General Paving Superintendent for a full-time role. The Superintendent will be responsible for directing and managing all site operations and activities relating to asphalt and paving projects. Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all site operations and activities related to asphalt and paving projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project completion within time and budget.
Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed and enforced.
Ensure projects comply with all applicable regulations and codes.
Monitor project progress and ensure quality assurance.
Prepare and review project schedules.
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a General Superintendent in asphalt and paving.
Thorough knowledge of DOT regulations and roadway construction.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and management skills.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and construction design process.
Ability to lead, motivate, and build relationships with a team.
