General Superintendent--Asphalt Paving

General Paving Superintendent: We are seeking an experienced General Paving Superintendent for a full-time role. The Superintendent will be responsible for directing and managing all site operations and activities relating to asphalt and paving projects. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all site operations and activities related to asphalt and paving projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project completion within time and budget.
• Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed and enforced.
• Ensure projects comply with all applicable regulations and codes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality assurance.
• Prepare and review project schedules.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a General Superintendent in asphalt and paving.
• Thorough knowledge of DOT regulations and roadway construction.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and management skills.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and construction design process.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and build relationships with a team.
