What You Need To Know

• Coordinate services for events, such as overnight accommodations, transportation, travel, catering, branding, and audio visual requirements
• Organize and manage registration of event participants
• Generate unique gift ideas, manage and negotiate with vendors for the purchase of gifts and deliverable's to employees
• Support in logistics of all events (set up, tear down and manage run of show)
• Perform administrative tasks such as review event bills for accuracy, process for payment approval through appropriate channels and workflows.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to determine how future events could be improved
• Organizing and purchasing materials and supplies.
• Designing event setups
• Coordinating and managing RSVP lists
• Working cross functionally with Marketing Communications, Content, and Design Teams
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 1-3 years of event coordinating experience
• Demonstrates exceptional communication, organization, and self-management skills
• Problem solving skills
• Customer service experience
• Proactive approach to event detail
• Some graphic design and branding experience is a plus

The expected salary range for this position is between:

$15.00 - $23.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
