Roles And Responsibilities
Franchise Development: Guide clients through the franchising process, including feasibility analysis, market research, and business plan development.
Franchisor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with franchisors, evaluate franchise opportunities, and negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
Franchisee Recruitment: Identify and recruit potential franchisees, conduct interviews, and assess suitability based on financial qualifications, experience, and alignment with brand values.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with franchise disclosure laws, regulations, and contractual obligations throughout the franchise lifecycle.
Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to franchisees on operational procedures, marketing strategies, and brand standards.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance and projections of franchise opportunities, including ROI calculations and financial modeling.
Business Expansion Strategies: Develop growth strategies for franchised units, monitor performance metrics, and implement initiatives to maximize profitability and market share.
Market Analysis and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to advise clients on strategic decisions and opportunities.
